Fans who are experiencing issues with subscribing to iFollow or logging into their account can access support by using the following methods:
- Email ifollow@efl.com (manned 8am-10pm, seven days a week)
- The live chat tool located in the bottom right corner of the website homepage and iFollow page (manned 8am-10pm, Monday-Friday and from three hours before a match to three hours after)
- By calling 0207 826 4577 (For subscription/billing enquiries only. Manned 8am-10pm, Monday-Friday and from three hours before a match to three hours after)

Overseas Subscribers
The live video stream for overseas subscribers can be accessed via the match centre.
On the day of the game, a link to the match centre will appear at the top of the www.portsmouthfc.co.uk homepage. Users visiting the website from around 20 minutes before kick-off will automatically be redirected to the match centre.
iFollow coverage features match commentary, on-screen graphics, replays and - during league matches at Fratton Park - four-camera coverage. Coverage starts around 20 minutes before kick-off.
Supporters should note that most cup matches and league fixtures selected for international broadcast are not available to stream on iFollow, although subscribers can still access audio commentary for these games.
Domestic Subscribers
The live Express FM/BBC Radio Solent audio commentary for domestic subscribers can be accessed via the match centre. Coverage starts around an hour before kick-off.

Pompey games are broadcast live on both Express FM and BBC Radio Solent, but an iFollow subscription is the only way to listen online.
Highlights and Full Match Replay
Short and extended highlights of league matches will be available to iFollow subscribers on the evening of the game.
These highlights can then be viewed free of charge by all fans on our official YouTube channel from the following morning.
iFollow subscribers can also view a full match replay on the evening of the game.
